Squash Rush: Ants! Privacy Policy

Information the game handles

Squash Rush: Ants! does not require an account and does not ask for your name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or advertising identifier.

Game progress, scores, difficulty settings and item balances are stored locally on your device.

If you open the Supply Shop or make an in-app purchase, purchase information is processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. This can include purchase history, a Google purchase token, an anonymous RevenueCat app-user identifier, the date of a transaction and basic technical information such as device type and operating system. Squash Rush: Ants! does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

How information is used

Purchase information is used only to:

• display available in-app products;
• process and validate purchases;
• add purchased items to the game;
• prevent the same transaction from being granted twice;
• provide purchase analytics and investigate purchase problems or fraud.

Squash Rush: Ants! currently does not contain advertising and does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Google Play processes payments under Google's Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat provides purchase validation and purchase-history services under RevenueCat's Privacy Policy. RevenueCat encrypts application data in transit and stores customer data using Amazon Web Services in the United States.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on the device until the app's data is cleared or the app is removed. Google Play and RevenueCat retain transaction information according to their own legal, security and service requirements.

You may request deletion of purchase data controlled through RevenueCat by emailing michael.chung@chil7.com. Include enough purchase information for the transaction to be located. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention or for financial record-keeping.

Children's privacy

Squash Rush: Ants! does not knowingly request personal information from children. Purchases are handled by the device owner's Google Play account and its parental controls. If you believe that a child has provided personal information in connection with Squash Rush: Ants!, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security

Purchase information sent between the app, Google Play and RevenueCat is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game, its service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
